Welcome to Señor Burrito Company
Since opening our doors in February 2025, Señor Burrito Company has been dedicated to bringing authentic, fresh Mexican cuisine to the Spring, Texas community. What started as a dream to share our family's recipes and traditions has grown into a beloved local spot where neighbors become friends and every meal feels like coming home.
At Señor Burrito Company, we believe that great food comes from great ingredients and even greater care. Every morning, we prepare our ingredients fresh—from hand-making our pico de gallo to slow-cooking our signature birria. We take pride in every taco, burrito, and quesadilla that leaves our kitchen.
Meet Chef Pablo
Chef Pablo brings decades of culinary experience and a lifetime of family recipes to every dish. Growing up in a family where food was the center of every gathering, he learned early that cooking is about more than just ingredients—it's about love, tradition, and bringing people together.
"I want every customer to feel like they're eating at my family's table," Chef Pablo says. "That means fresh ingredients, generous portions, and flavors that remind you of home—or introduce you to a new one."
When he's not in the kitchen perfecting recipes or training his team, you'll find Chef Pablo greeting customers, learning their favorites, and making sure everyone leaves with a smile.
