What days and times are Spirit Nights available?
Spirit Nights are available Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This allows us to provide the best experience for your group while maintaining regular operations.
How far in advance should we schedule?
We recommend scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date is available and give you time to promote the event to your community.
How does the keyword system work?
When your Spirit Night is confirmed, we'll assign a unique keyword for your organization (like "Klein Oak" or "PTA Night"). Supporters simply mention this keyword when placing their order, and those sales count toward your 20% donation.
What counts toward the 20% donation?
All dine-in and takeout orders that use your organization's keyword during the Spirit Night timeframe (4-9 PM) count toward your 20% of net sales.
Can we do multiple Spirit Nights?
Absolutely! Many organizations partner with us multiple times per year. It's a great recurring fundraiser that your supporters look forward to.
Is there a minimum donation amount?
No minimums! You receive 20% of net sales regardless of the total amount. We're here to support our local community.
When do we receive our donation?
We'll calculate your total and provide a check within 1-2 weeks after your Spirit Night. We'll also send you a summary of total orders and the donation amount.
